Resolved - The issue affecting document processing across our US production environments has been fully resolved.

Our Engineering team has confirmed that normal processing has been restored and system performance is stable. We have completed our monitoring and are closing this incident.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting document processing across our US production environments. Documents created or updated may experience delays in displaying updated information, appearing in document lists, or reflecting changes to related data and permissions.
Our Engineering team has identified a potential cause and is actively working to restore normal processing.

Canadian production environments are not affected.

We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

Resolved - Fly.io has resolved the underlying incident, and Platform/Build performance has returned to normal. We apologize for the disruption.
