The issue was caused by a deployment configuration problem that prevented the Platform from fully accessing a required service. The configuration was restored, service was fully recovered, and additional safeguards have been implemented to prevent this issue from occurring in future deployments.

On June 3, 2026, the Kuali Platform service for US customers experienced an issue that affected application and document loading between approximately 6:32 PM and 7:24 PM PT. During this time, some users may have encountered forms that failed to load and remained in a loading state. This was due to a deployment configuration issue that didn't load the necessary resources properly.
